When this first landed in my inbox I assumed it was a joke screenshot. It wasn't.

UPDATE (08/16): Spent three hours trying to run a trace on the host server. The domain resolves to a parked block in Ohio that hasn't responded to ping requests since 2004, yet every time I refresh through a proxy, the footer timestamp updates to the current minute.
ZEKE'S TAKE — where I've landed on this, for now
I still don't have an answer. My best guess is a forgotten cron job on somebody's old shared host, but the wording changes don't read like a script wrote them.
